Acceptance of Terms

When using our website, products, or services, you will be understood to have accepted the reading and agreement with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these, then you cannot use our services.

Meesaq Technologies provides a range of digital marketing and technology services, including but not limited to:

• Social Media Management (SMM)
• Social Media Marketing
• Website Development
• App Development
• Content Creation
• SEO and Analytics
• Graphic Design
• Video Editing

The scope and details of services will be outlined in individual agreements with clients.

Client Responsibilities

Accurate Information: Clients should give correct and full information needed for the successful provision of services.

Timely Feedback: Clients are expected to provide approvals, feedback, or additional content needed for ongoing projects in a timely manner.

Compliance: All content and data shared with Meesaq Technologies must be in compliance with the laws and regulations applicable to clients.

Payment Terms

Three-Installment Payment Pattern:

First Payment (30%): A non-refundable upfront payment of 30% must be made to commit the project. It secures one’s project slot as well as finances the start-ups and setting up planning works.

Second Payment (20%): On completion of the 50% work, he will be asking for another advance payment to carry further of 20%.

Final Payment (50%): He will get remaining 50% as payments on completing the entire job.

Project Delivery: The final project files, deliverables, or access will be shared only once payment is fully received.

Refunds: Payments made here cannot be refunded, except due to specific reasons agreed to by both parties in writing.

Late Payments: A delay in the payment of the total or partial amounts may mean delay in completion of projects with added charges when applicable.

Intellectual Property

All contents, designs, and strategies developed by Meesaq Technologies shall remain our property until the full payment.

Ownership of the deliverables is transferred to the client after payment.

Meesaq Technologies is entitled to use non-sensitive work in its portfolio or promotional material unless otherwise agreed.

Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and are committed to keeping all information shared with us confidential. However, we may disclose information when it is required by law or to enforce our terms and policies.

Limitation of Liability

Meesaq Technologies will not be liable or responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages in connection with the use or inability to use our services.

Clients will also ensure that the accuracy and legality of materials or information to be provided to us are observed.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement by giving written notice to the other party for any breach of the provisions of this agreement.

Upon termination, any outstanding payments for work completed must be paid immediately.

Modifications to Terms

Meesaq Technologies shall have the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, and the client will be notified of significant changes thereto. Continued use of our services shall constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
